We are entrepreneurs with an expertise in construction. It’s a different approach. We understand you. Yes, we construct commercially- everything from class-A office buildings, warehouse, tilt up, industrial, medical, even polar bear habitat. (We’ve done several zoological projects at SIRQ.) But we break the mold when it comes to being a General Contractor.
Have you ever wondered if you can really trust a contractor? Do you wonder if contractors are focused as much on your interests as they are on their profit? At SIRQ, we think there is a better way and it starts with some basic core principles.
First and foremost, we look at our clients as customers, not revenue sources. We’re not trying to see how much money we can make on a job. We’re partnering with our clients to help them understand the process so they can mitigate the risks and make sound business decisions. Isn’t that the way it’s supposed to be?
With our open approach, owners are involved and informed throughout the process- not left in the dark wondering what they are paying for. What other industry can get away with that? Can you imagine walking into a barbershop and being told what haircut you are going to get and what you’re going to pay for it without having any say in the matter?
We’re different. In this case, different is better. Call us and we’ll tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. That’s unique. That’s SIRQ.
The SIRQ tone of voice is honest and dignified. It personifies construction—but not stereotypical construction. The brand is masculine, yet caring, warm and inviting, yet capable. SIRQ embodies high quality—both in product and experience while being transparent and upfront.
Timely— A reasonable timeline is set from the start and we stick to it. People have come to not expect construction deadlines to be met. SIRQ holds itself to a higher standard.
On Budget— You would never go to a restaurant, order food, and the waiter tell you he’ll give you the price after you eat it. Why should it be any different for a building where there’s millions of dollars at stake? At SIRQ, we treat the budget as absolute and are sensitive to constraints.
Quality and Experience— We don’t tell customers we build high quality structures; we show them. At SIRQ, our work speaks for itself. Our buildings hold up against any around because we make a point of hiring only the best and most experienced people for the job.
Consistent Cuts— A common complaint amongst people who build is when a contractor quotes a client and then skimps out on supplies and then retains higher margins. At SIRQ, if we tell you our markup is 6%, we stay at 6%. By doing this, we remove the incentive to cut corners and keep our buildings to the highest standards.
Excellent Service. While the stigma of general contractors is both rude and abrasive—our contractors understand that the owner is central. We aim to please and will bend over backwards to accommodate our clients.
